and opposing counsel throughout transactionsCoordinate registrations and filings throughTeraview and related electronic systemsAssist with closing transactions for individual closings as well as condominium and subdivision closingsManage transaction timelines and ensure key deadlines are metMaintain accurate electronic and physical file recordsSupport lawyers with transactional follow-up and post-closing mattersQualificationsMinimum 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate conveyancing within a law firm environmentStrong understanding of Ontario commercial real estate transactions and closing proceduresProficiency with Teraview, and Microsoft Office applicationsExperience handling commercial title registrations for purchases, sales and financingsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyProfessional communication and client service skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented team environment
