In this role, you will assist pipelayers and operators with trenching, material handling, and pipe installation tasks. Previous experience in construction is an asset, and you must be willing to learn and work in physically demanding conditions around heavy equipment. Your contributions will help ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist pipelayers with pipe installation and alignment
• Move and position pipe materials and tools as needed
• Prepare trench bottoms through bedding and leveling
• Backfill and compact trenches accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of job site areas
Requirements:
• Previous experience in construction or outdoor labor is a plus
• Ability to perform demanding physical tasks safely
• Comfort around heavy equipment and in trenches
