Become a Senior Grants Specialist with the Human Services Department in St. Paul. This telework-eligible position manages complex grants and thoroughly evaluates compliance and budgetary aspects.The Human Services Department is seeking a Senior Grants Specialist for its Health Care Administration division. This full time role requires at least two years of experience in budget development and compliance systems. You will lead efficient grant administration practices,



ensuring alignment with applicable regulations while advancing equitable grantmaking procedures.Key Responsibilities:- Direct all phases of grant management and coordination- Monitor compliance and evaluate policies related to grants- Develop training sessions in collaboration with community partners- Analyze fiscal reports ensuring adherence to laws- Communicate complex decisions with various stakeholdersRequirements:- Two years of budget and compliance experience- Project management skills for managing timelines- Knowledge of OMB Uniform Guidance and state procurement- Strong written and verbal communication abilities- Ability to analyze complex fiscal data accuratelyUtilize your grant management expertise to impact lives positively at the Minnesota Department of Human Services.#J-18808-Ljbffr
