Job Description Production Support – Utility Midland, Ontario Full time, Hourly Rotating shifts, including overtime and weekends About the Position We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Plant Utility team member to join our flour milling operation in Midland, Ontario. This is an entry‑level opportunity within a large‑scale manufacturing facility, offering hands‑on experience and a clear path for growth into operational roles. In this role, you’ll support daily plant operations through sanitation, material handling, and basic maintenance while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and workplace safety are maintained. Duties And Responsibilities Perform general sanitation and cleaning duties across the facility Handle materials and assist with production processes Support light maintenance and basic troubleshooting activities Follow and uphold GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards Work safely in a variety of environments (heights, confined spaces,
