This full-time role requires an Engineering degree or related field, with at least 7 years of experience in Human Factors methods, especially within high hazard industries. Your expertise will contribute to the development of Human Factors Engineering Program Plans and V&V; strategies, ensuring effective design and testing of nuclear systems.
Key Responsibilities: • Execute Human Factors and Ergonomics work packages • Develop Program Plans per REGDOC-2.5.1 and CSA N290.12 • Conduct usability testing and functional analyses • Prepare Human-System interface designs and assessments • Manage and plan HF delivery to projects
Requirements: • University degree in Engineering or related field • Minimum of 7 years in Human Factors methods • Experience in high hazard industries like Nuclear • Solid knowledge of Human Factors standards and guidelines • Excellent writing and presentation skills
