This strategic role focuses on team management and project oversight. As the Director of Technology, you will define and execute the tech development strategy aligned with business objectives.

You will manage a high-performing team of software engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of accountability. Oversee and ensure successful delivery of tech projects while collaborating with various departments. Key Responsibilities:

- Represent the Tech Vertical across the organization
- Define and execute tech development strategy
- Lead and mentor a high-performance engineering team

- Implement and refine agile methodologies Requirements:
