You will establish a premier user experience within Liferaft’s offerings while managing interaction design and workflows. Your hands-on leadership will focus on the coherence of UX across complex products, collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:



• Define a transparent UX vision aligned with product strategies • Oversee end-to-end usability across all product teams • Establish interaction patterns and UX standards • Coordinate with engineering to prevent bottlenecks • Track and reduce UX debt over time
