The Peace River School Division is seeking applications for aPart-Time (0.25 F.T.E.) Educational Assistant (PUF) atNampa Public School . This position will commence on October 12, 2026 and continue until June 4, 2027. The successful candidate will be working 1 on 1 with a PUF student entering our ECS program. Position is for afternoons (3 hours 28 minutes) on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The successful candidate will work closely with our ECS teachers and our iCoach. Nampa Public School is located in the town of Nampa approximately 450 kmsnorthwest of Edmonton. The school services students in grades K-6. Qualifications: Educational Assistant Certificate or equivalent. Experience and/or training working with student in school setting. Ability to work with children with varied ages, skills level, needs and abilities Skills: Willingness to be part of a learning team, take direction and follow programs without direct supervision. Willingness to attend training and career development opportunities on individual learning and complex learning needs.



Ability to be flexible to the changing classroom workplace and individual child needs Ability to manage and organize programming and keep records. Good communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers. Rate of Pay: $23.27 to $28.86 per hour(dependent on experience and education in accordance with the collective agreement between the CUPE Local 4839 and the Peace River School Division).
