We are looking for aPower System Engineerwith robust experience inutility-scale electrical systemsto support projects focused on high-voltage protection studies, grid reliability, and utility network simulations. In this role, you will work onsimulation, protection system design, and technical documentationfor large-scale electrical utilities, including Microgrid and generation protection projects.Key ResponsibilitiesConductpower system studies and simulationsusing ASPEN, CAPE, and ETAP.Design and modelprotection and control systemsfor substations, transmission, and distribution networks.Configure and validateGE and Omicron protection relaysused in utility networks.Performfault analysis, protection coordination, load flow, and stability studiesfor generation and high-voltage systems.Supportgrid integration and Microgrid interconnection projects .Preparetechnical reports and documentationfor utilities and grid operators.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including utilities, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.Requirements4–5 years of experiencein electrical power system engineering withinutility environments(generation, transmission, or distribution).Strong knowledge ofsubstation protection, generation protection, and transmission system stability .Hands-on experience withASPEN, CAPE, and ETAP .Experience working withGE and Omicron protection relays .Understanding ofgrid codes, utility regulations,



and interconnection standards .Ability to manage technical tasks independently and communicate effectively within project teams.On site in MarkhamExpected Compensation Range50K-90K The final compensation offered will bedetermined based on the candidate’s level of experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements.Canadian Experience RequirementNo Canadian work experience is required for this position.
