The TCDSB is seeking an Occasional Parenting and Family Literacy Facilitator to work within its Parenting & Family Literacy Centre.

The role requires facilitating educational programs, collaborating with staff, and engaging parents in their child's learning. You will provide a welcoming space that supports the early learning needs of families by linking them to community resources. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the literacy centre
- Facilitate parenting education for home/school partnerships




- Encourage parental engagement in program activities
- Collaborate with staff to deliver quality play-based programs
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for families Requirements:
- Early Childhood Education Diploma with at least 2 years related education
- Minimum 2 years experience with young children
- Knowledge in family literacy and early education
- Strong leadership and communication skills
