Join us in our mission to empower healthcare innovators and improve healthcare differently.Why this role is interestingAs a Onboarding specialist, you take over after the sale and play a key role in onboarding new clients.In practical terms, you support physicians using the Xacte medical billing platform, from needs assessment through to go-live.You ensure their profiles are properly set up, information is complete, they are correctly registered (RAMQ), and everything is in place for them to start using the platform effectively.Your role is to deliver a structured, smooth, and professional experience, while building a strong relationship of trust from the very beginning.In this role, you will:Take ownership of new clients as they come on board and understand their needsSet up and configure their profiles while validating required informationCoordinate next steps with internal teams (training, billing, support)Follow up to ensure a seamless and timely go-liveWhat we're looking for:If you see yourself in this type of role,
