As a Resident Care Attendant, you will collaborate with health care professionals to deliver exceptional support to residents. This position requires observing daily changes in residents, assisting with personal care, and providing support in daily living activities. You’ll be responsible for following safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the best quality of life for those in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and mobility




• Provide feeding support and monitor dietary needs
• Implement routine treatments as directed by nursing staff
• Contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Requirements:
• HCA Provincial Certification required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in care settings
• Registered with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
• Familiarity with dementia care
• Solid communication skills in English
