An Edmonton client is seeking a reliable and technically skilled Equipment Maintenance Technician to support the servicing, certification, assembly, and repair of industrial equipment and tools.

Equipment Maintenance Technician Highlights:

- Conduct regular maintenance checks and servicing on hydraulic tensioning equipment, torque tools, pneumatic and battery-powered torque guns, heat exchangers, wheel jacks, cylinders, gearboxes, and other tools.
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns, improve operational efficiency, and extend equipment lifespan.
- Certify and recertify company and customer assets, including torque guns and hydraulic tools.
- Maintain accurate certification and recertification records to track equipment compliance and support KPIs.
- Assemble, prepare, and fine-tune equipment according to detailed assembly instructions.
- Repair and troubleshoot equipment,



including portable machining tools, hydraulic tensioning tools, and other industrial equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics and electrical diagrams to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

- Experience with equipment maintenance, repair, assembly, or servicing.
- Robust mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.
- Ability to read and work with schematics and electrical diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to equipment safety and compliance.
- Ability to maintain accurate equipment and certification records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hours & Wage:

- Wage: $25–$26 per hour
