Guest Services Attendant Department: Guest Services Reports to: Supervisor, Guest Services or Designate Job Summary: The Guest Services Attendant is the first point of contact for our guests. This role is responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and inclusive customer service both in person and by phone/email. Attendants process transactions, respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and complete administrative tasks.

As brand ambassadors for Chicopee, they help ensure that all guests enjoy a safe, welcoming, and positive experience. Deliver friendly, efficient, and inclusive customer service at all guest touchpoints. Maintain up-to-date certifications and attend all required pre-season and corporate training sessions.

Manage personal cash float and reconcile at the end of each shift. Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a qualified and courteous manner.

Knowledge of or experience in the recreation/tourism industry in customer service is an advantage. A genuine passion for outdoor recreation and creating memorable guest experiences. Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and occasional shift coverage as required.
