You will handle desktop and laptop support (Mac and PC), Windows 7/10, mobile devices, printers, scanners, VPN, and asset documentation, focusing on rapid, accurate incident resolution.

Experience with on-call support and the ability to work across locations are valued. A High School Diploma is required, and ITIL/A+ certifications are preferred to support
