Partners with key stakeholders to shape hiring strategies for business‑critical roles, providing consultative, market‑informed recruitment guidance. Develops and executes proactive recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies to build strong, diverse talent pipelines aligned with future workforce needs.
Establishes and maintains strong relationships with operational leaders, offering insights on market trends, workforce risks, and recruitment best practices. Leverages recruitment data and metrics to drive continuous improvement and data‑informed hiring decisions. Demonstrates a commitment to inclusive hiring practices and building diverse talent pipelines.
Supports international recruitment initiatives and cross‑border talent acquisition efforts. Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred. ~5+ years of progressive recruitment experience in a high‑volume corporate environment; construction recruitment experience is an asset. ~ Ability to manage 20+ active requisitions across multiple projects and departments while maintaining excellent customer service to candidates and stakeholders. ~ recruitment experience within construction or a similar industry preferred. ~ Strong ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels through data‑driven insight, market knowledge, and professional judgment. ~ PCL projects are where life happens, where communities connect, careers begin, and progress is made.
