- Customer‑focused problem solver with 6+ months of retail customer service experience (returns or cashier experience an asset)
- Skilled in applying Returns & Exchange policies with sound judgment, including exception handling
- Strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills, able to explain policies clearly and professionally
- Detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and effective in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
A day in your life with us
- Accurately interpret and apply Returns & Exchange policies, using discretion while aligning with business guidelines
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns through active listening, transparent communication, and problem‑solving
- Communicate decisions confidently and empathetically to ensure a positive customer experience
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining inventory control and compliance
- Stay informed on policy updates, product knowledge, and service performance targets
- Collaborate with team members to support overall customer relations operations
