Alberta Health Services is seeking an energetic MIH Supervisor for the South Sector, Community Paramedic program. You will guide a team of over 80 Community Paramedics and Team Leads across Calgary, Lethbridge and Medicine Hat zones, ensuring HR processes, staffing, and operational standards are met.

You will collaborate with zone leaders, drive current processes, and align with program strategy while traveling to communities to engage staff and stakeholders.
