It's simple; we do it right. We AIM for excellence. Job Description What you're responsible for: Accurate and timely review of vendor invoices for posting in AIM's various accountingsystems. Validate invoice charges against purchase orders and goods/service receipts, or thatauthorized approvals have been obtained. Identify and resolve any invoicing discrepancies. Follow-up up directly with vendors or AIM departments where necessary fordiscrepancy resolution. Follow-up with various AIM departments pending transactions. Reconcile vendor statements with the company's subledger. Monitor vendor'
