As a Full-Time Cake Baker, you will join our central kitchen team, contributing to the creation of a variety of cakes for our eight Breka locations. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in a commercial bakery setting or relevant vocational training in baking or pastry arts. This role requires flexibility for shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Measure and mix ingredients with commercial mixers
• Create fillings and frostings for cakes
• Bake sponge cakes and assemble finished products
• Maintain cleanliness of the baking station
• Complete other necessary prep duties
Requirements:
• 1+ year experience in commercial baking or vocational training
• Ability to lift equipment up to 25 kg
• Passionate about producing quality baked goods
• Hard-working and dependable work ethic
• Flexible availability for weekends and holidays
