We are seeking a Bilingual (English & French) API Support Analyst with experience in L2/L3 production support and external vendor API integrations.The candidate will be responsible for supporting API-based applications, troubleshooting integration issues, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring timely resolution of production incidents.Top 3 Required SkillsL2/L3 Production Support experience for enterprise applications and integrations.Robust understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), API troubleshooting, authentication, request/response analysis, and vendor integrations.Bilingual communication skills (English & French).
