Bulletproof Solutions Inc is seeking a Service Desk Technical Analyst 1 for a 6-month assignment in a hybrid mode with 4 days onsite. Location options: Fredericton, NB or Moncton, NB or Halifax, NS. You will be the first point of contact, delivering first-line technical support across LAN, desktop, and server devices, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues. The role requires 2–3 years in a similar setting, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and excellent customer #J-18808-Ljbffr
