Our client, a leading player in the waste industry, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their East End team as a Customer Service Representative on a 3-month contract basis, with potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct outbound quality assurance calls to ensure client satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow active accounts
- Schedule service calls and prepare customer agreements
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate company records and databases
- Support invoicing, collections, billing, and reporting processes
- Complete other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities




- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Comfortable making occasional outbound calls
- The ability to communicate verbally in both English and French is considered an asset

Salary: $45,000 to $50,000 per year depending on experience plus commission
