As the Manager of Facilities Design and Construction, you will provide leadership for both interior and capital projects. Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee planning and execution of multiple projects • Manage budgets and develop comprehensive project plans • Lead a cross-functional team in strategic initiatives • Prepare tenders, contracts, and manage procurement processes • Promote health and safety initiatives within the team

Requirements: • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Facilities Management • 5-7 years of project management experience • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies • Valid Class G Driver's License • OACETT certification is an asset
