YMCA of Southwestern Ontario is seeking a Supervisor, Health & Wellness in Goderich-Huron YMCA to lead fitness staff, deliver programs and manage payroll, scheduling and reporting. The role emphasizes diversity, core values and a safe, inclusive workplace.

The position requires a recreation/leisure or physical education background with 3–4 years in health & wellness, First Aid/CPR/AED and fitness certifications. A strong communication skillset and eligibility to work in Canada are essential.
