Key Responsibilities:
• Complete scheduled maintenance tasks and repairs
• Utilize tracking tools for maintenance workflow
• Maintain building systems and troubleshoot issues




• Participate in the on-call maintenance rotation
• Record and report hours and callbacks efficiently
Requirements:
• Experience in maintenance tasks including trades skills
• Proficiency in English communication
• Access to a vehicle and a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Satisfactory Criminal Records Check required
