Key Responsibilities: • Develop estimates, budgets,

Requirements: • 5+ years in construction estimating, particularly multi-unit residential • Experience with mid-rise and high-rise residential projects • Strong understanding of construction methods and cost analysis • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software • Post-secondary education in Construction Management preferred
