In this full time role, you will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and Plant Manager, assisting with maintenance duties and ensuring equipment operates smoothly. Responsibilities include routine inspections, preventative maintenance on machines, and utilizing hand tools effectively. Knowledge of plumbing and carpentry will also enhance your contribution to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct start-up and shut-down of packaging machines
• Perform daily preventative maintenance on various equipment




• Assist with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Maintain clean, organized work areas
• Track and document maintenance and repairs electronically
Requirements:
• 1 year of maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work with seafood and some meat products
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Willingness to adhere to OSHA safety regulations
