Key Responsibilities: • Lead process maturity assessments for Wave 1 and Wave 2 • Drive future-state process design,
eliminating non-value-add steps • Define Process Migration Readiness Checklist for governance • Identify quick wins through Lean events and mapping • Support GPO function establishment and operating cadence
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Operations required • 8-12 years in process improvement, 5+ in leadership • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred • Experience with process mapping and multi-BU standardization • Proven track record in shared services migration
