UPS is seeking a field IT technician to provide deployment and support services for UPS-approved technology. The role spans hardware and software planning, network management, and training for customers across UPS facilities, vendor sites, and customer locations. You will install, upgrade, and trouble-shoot technologies, perform routine audits to uphold UPS standards, and sometimes travel to other sites, including potential travel to the U.S. for certain assignments.
