Review and analyze credit applications and bureau reports Structure deals based on individual customer profiles Guide customers through income verification and documentation Present vehicle and financing options clearly and professionally Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM systems Manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining accuracy and compliance Communication & Emotional Intelligence You build trust quickly and explain complex financial concepts in a clear, professional manner.
