As Financial
Analyst, you will act as a critical link between Finance andOperations, providing valuable insight into manufacturing performance, costs,and profitability. This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely withproduction teams to understand the drivers behind operational results whiledelivering data-driven recommendations that improve efficiency and supportstrategic decisions. Preparing financial and operational analyses to support business decisions.
Monitoring manufacturing KPIs and providing actionable insights. Identifying process improvement opportunities and recommending practical solutions.
Supporting system implementations and optimization projects across finance and operations.
Acting as a key liaison between Operations and Finance to ensure the integrity and relevance of financial and operational data. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. ~3-7 years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting, cost accounting, or manufacturing finance within a Canadian business environment. ~ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights. ~ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems. ~ Experience with Power BI would be considered a robust asset. ~ A CPA designation, or active pursuit of a CPA, would be considered an asset. 13 paid statutory holidays annually ~ Paid vacation and sick time ~ Flexible work hours ~ Employee Assistance Program (EAP) ~ Company social events and team activities ~ Casual dress environment ~ Free on-site parking Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the performance and success of a thriving manufacturing operation.
