As a key player reporting to the Plant Manager, you will oversee engineering projects that support our manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee design and construction of production equipment • Facilitate continuous improvement in production processes • Manage contractors for equipment installation and maintenance • Implement engineering oversight for facility infrastructure • Conduct data collection for process improvement

Requirements: • 3-5 years of industrial production experience • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent • Strong project management and analytical skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Additional certifications in PMP or Six Sigma preferred
