Our prominent and growing client in the real estate development space specializing in acquisition, investment, development, construction, and asset management is seeking a Senior Analyst on the FP&A; and risk team. The role supports financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across corporate business lines and a portfolio of development/construction projects. This role is responsible for building and maintaining financial models, preparing KPI and management reporting, and delivering insights that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Budget & Forecasting Support: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for corporate and project-related activities.
- KPI Reporting: Prepare accurate financial and performance KPI reports.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain energetic financial models and related data relationships.




- Decision Support: Partner with business units to analyze results and support decision-making.
- JV & Lender Reporting: Help manage reporting obligations for JV partners and lenders.
- Financing Support: Support financing processes, including preparing information packages and lender communications.
- Analysis & Presentation: Deliver recurring and ad-hoc financial analysis and present findings to management.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancements in modeling, returns analysis, and reporting.
