Location Description Extensive health care needs and personal care. Feeding tubes. Must adhere to protocols and support strategies. Mild behaviour support and mental health needs. Job Summary Provide guidance and support to individuals.Contribute input for the development, implementation, and review of support plans. As part of a staff team, share knowledge and information in assisting with problem solving, identifying needs, and promoting a safe and healthy workplace for all individuals at the location. Qualifications 1.Completion of a one (1) year post-secondary diploma/degree in a human service field of study and six (6) months experience working with people with an intellectual disability. 2.First Aid Certification. 3.Valid Driver's License and access to an automobile.
