This position involves significant responsibility in the 360°kids SHINE Programs, where you will prioritize client-centered care and guidance. You will work rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, providing essential support such as life skills development, informal counseling, and advocacy. Your contributions will directly impact youth’s transition to independent living and enhance their coping strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create a welcoming environment for all youth
• Facilitate life skill programming and mentoring




• Administer medication and monitor youth health
• Document daily activities and write case notes
• Communicate with community partners professionally
Requirements:
• Degree in Child/Youth or related field
• Minimum three years’ experience with at-risk youth
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Explicit criminal background check
• Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
