Full time Our client is an established manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on management role with regular interaction with senior leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for areas including financial reporting, general accounting, AP/AR, costing, internal controls, budgeting, audits, and accounting systems and processes.

This opportunity would suit either an experienced Accounting Manager looking for a long-term role or a strong Senior Accountant ready to take the next step into people leadership. Manage general accounting activities, including AP, AR, general ledger, costing, and operating expenses Support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of costs and revenues Maintain and strengthen accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Work closely with senior leadership on financial results and reporting Support payroll, inventory, and other accounting-related functions as required Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Public accounting experience with manufacturing clients will also be considered Japanese/English bilingualism is considered a strong asset
