You will utilize the YMCA Playing to Learn curriculum to develop age-appropriate activities tailored to children's interests. Building strong connections with children, families, and fellow educators will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and lead engaging activities for children
- Build positive relationships with families and children
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- Provide constant supervision and facilitate transitions
- Use parent communication app for updates Requirements:
- Basic ECE certification recognized in British Columbia
- Infant Toddler Educator License preferred
- Strong communication skills essential
- Emergency First Aid and CPR-C & AED certification needed
