- Ensuring the location remains neat, clean, and orderly at all times by following valuable housekeeping standards
- Coordinating workloads and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
- Training, mentoring, and supporting employees to ensure they have the skills and confidence to succeed in their roles
- Delivering exceptional service by promoting quality customer interactions and resolving issues promptly
- You are seeking a career in the Gas Bar Industry and bring the following qualifications: Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Knowledge of products within the gas bar department is considered an asset
