Join Gateway FS, Inc as a General Laborer at the Waterloo Agronomy Location. Support vital operations in fertilizer handling, equipment operation, and maintenance to contribute to sustainable agriculture. This position involves assisting in day-to-day operations at the fertilizer plant, maintaining machinery, and handling agricultural products.

You will be responsible for unloading, loading, and stacking chemicals, fertilizers, and seeds. Working in various weather conditions, you'll ensure the smooth operation of our facilities while gaining hands-on experience in this essential role. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in daily operations of the Waterloo fertilizer plant
- Unload and stack fertilizer, seed, and chemicals
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery
- Maintain and service equipment and facilities
- Support deliveries of agricultural products as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills
- Current CDL with HAZMAT endorsement
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Willingness to work long hours seasonally
