Position Summary

Working as a Stock Unloader Associate at Walmart Canada is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment. In this role, you play a key part in keeping the store running smoothly by unloading trailers, processing merchandise, and moving pallets to the sales floor, all while maintaining a safe and clean workspace. What you'll do

- Receive and unload merchandise, prepare and reset the receiving area, and unload general merchandise trailers, completing live unloading of remaining merchandise.
- Handle and move merchandise safely, maintaining cold chain standards for refrigerated and frozen products and pulling pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing.
- Assist with stocking the sales floor as assigned and provide customer service when needed.
- Label and place overstock merchandise in designated areas to support efficient inventory management.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a secure, clean, and hazard-free workplace, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
- Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

- Effectively manage work hours and plan ahead to maintain energy and focus throughout the shift.
- Handle a fast-paced workload with efficiency, ensuring large volumes of restocking and recovery are completed accurately and on time.




- Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Perform repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
