About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Lead Industrial Engineer to manage and enhance their production operations in East London . This leadership role is critical for driving operational excellence, optimizing workflows, and implementing innovative engineering solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. You will lead a team of engineers, provide technical guidance, and champion a culture of continuous improvement. This is an on-site position offering a significant opportunity to influence operational strategy and drive impactful change within a key manufacturing hub. Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Develop and implement strategic plans for process optimization, waste reduction, and productivity improvements. Oversee the design, implementation, and validation of new manufacturing processes and systems. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and quality regulations.



Collaborate with senior management and other departments to align engineering initiatives with business goals. Drive the adoption and continuous refinement of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma practices. Requirements

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial engineering , with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role. In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and project management. Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing engineering teams. Robust understanding of manufacturing principles, supply chain management, and quality control. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Benefits
