SarniaShifts:Days, Evenings, WeekendsResponsibilitiesAdhere to department's assigned budgetManages and directs activities pertaining to department staff, including hiring, coaching, training and scheduling.Responsible for ensuring products meet fresh standardsEnsures proper ordering, purchasing and inventory control, develops and implements strategic plans to achieve projected gross marginDeals directly with suppliers in store line-ups, responsible for building displaysEnsures adherence to Company policies and procedures including Customer Service Policy, government regulations, health & safety, sanitation, security etc.Support with overall store operation including store opening and closingOversees and responsible for the operations of the Night CrewPerforms other duties as assigned by the Store ManagerQualificationsGrocery experience which includes excellent product knowledge, rotation and merchandising experienceSuperior customer service skillsCapable of standing for a prolonged period of 4-8 hours; of bending,
