Become a key part of McGill University's Department of Biochemistry as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Winter 2027 term. Support student learning by grading, providing feedback, and invigilating with versatile work hours. This position is designed for graduate students enrolled in McGill programs, ideally in MSc2 or PhD1.

You'll attend lectures, assist students with inquiries via email or MyCourses, and engage in grading for assignments and final examinations. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, and French is a plus. Key Responsibilities:

- Attend all lectures on Mondays from 2:35 to 3:55 PM
- Grade assignments and provide constructive feedback
- Answer student questions via email or MyCourses
- Invigilate and mark the final examination
- Support effective student learning in biomedical sciences

Requirements:

- Enrollment in a McGill graduate program for Winter 2027
- Preferably in MSc2 or PhD1 level
- Very good communication skills
- English proficiency required; French is an asset
- Attention to detail and student-focused attitude
