The 401 Group is hiring a Customer-Focused Service Advisor at our North Bay location. You will be the first contact for service customers, guiding them through a smooth, professional visit from check-in to pick-up.

You bring 1–2 years in customer service, solid communication, and a willingness to work Saturdays. Automotive experience is a plus, and a valid G license is required to support a fast-paced service department.
