Monitor the quality control data obtained through lab analyses of incoming raw materials, process samples and final products (including shipments).

Ensure that work follows safety rules, environmental policies, and procedures. Responsible for lab facilities and operations during off hours, weekends, and holidays. Supervise and coordinate the activities of Laboratory Technicians to ensure day to day operations of the Quality Control Laboratory in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner.





- Responsible for administering laboratory safety and housekeeping programs along with supervising the operation and maintenance of lab equipment.
- Provide work direction to the team as well as timely and constructive feedback to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, business goals and performance standards.
- Supervises shift to provide 24 hour quality control operations. Provide quality control feedback to production and shipping units.
