Pension

Under the supervision of the Delivery Operations Manager, the Delivery Operations Coordinator provides day-to-day operational and administrative coordination for the Delivery Operations Division. This role supports program delivery with a strong focus on participant administration, paper-based and digital documentation, program logistics, financial tracking, wraparound support coordination, and evaluation.
Working closely with Program Managers and internal teams—particularly across Trades and Manufacturing projects, the Coordinator ensures operational requirements are consistently managed so program staff can focus on participants, partnerships, and program quality. Coordinate participant registration, onboarding, and scheduling, with a focus on Trades and Manufacturing projects. Manage the full lifecycle of participant documentation, including registration, consent, eligibility, and funder paperwork, ensuring records are accurate and complete.
Maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and databases to support program data gathering. Prepare, organize, and coordinate inventory, shipping, and returns for program materials, equipment, and resources.
Assist Program
Manager with administrative and operational logistics as needed. Support participant surveys and evaluation tools, logging data in designated tracking systems and following up on missing information. Maintain organized project records, schedules, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle (initiation to closeout).
Internal
Communication & Process Improvement Identify administrative bottlenecks and help implement standardized templates, workflows, and tools to streamline operations and reduce administrative burden. Equal consideration will be given to non-academic skills and equivalent candidate experience. ~ Post-secondary education in administration,
business, program coordination, or a related field (or equivalent experience). ~1-3 years of experience in program administration, operations, or project coordination. ~ Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines, complex schedules, and detailed records. ~ Proficient with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, databases, digital tracking systems, and detailed paper-based documentation. ~ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to interacting with participants, staff, contractors, and partners. ~ Adaptable and comfortable learning new systems, digital tools, and workflows.
Preferred Assets
Experience in employment, workforce development, Trades, Manufacturing, or skills-training programs.
Experience coordinating participant logistics (registration, scheduling, travel, events) or financial administration (invoices, expense tracking).
Experience working with rural, remote, Indigenous, or other diverse communities. Ampere prioritizes the safety of our employees and the community members we work with, because of this we may require both new hires and current team members, if 18 or older, to undergo a Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) or Criminal Record Checks. The approval for acceptance of a Police Check lies with our Human Resource Team and Management.
