Champ's Fresh Farms Inc. is seeking a permanent, full time Health & Safety Coordinator to lead and support COR-compliant programs across the organization. You will plan, implement, and maintain safety practices in accordance with WorkSafeBC regulations and industry standards.
Responsibilities include developing safety policies, coaching staff and managers, coordinating training, and managing COR/workers' compensation activities to reduce liability while ensuring regulatory compliance.
