Summary

Cashiers provide welcoming customer service and ensure accurate, efficient checkout experiences. The role supports sales, store operations, and a positive team environment, and may be offered as full-time or part-time depending on availability and business needs.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers, answer inquiries, share product knowledge, and support cross-selling and upselling.
- Process sales, returns, promotional offers, and ship-to-home orders accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain customer profiles, capture salesperson data, and handle merchandise professionally.
- Keep the cashwrap and queue area clean, support visual merchandising, and complete required training.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive, welcoming work workplace.

Requirements

- Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as required.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
