Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Training & Business Solutions the Operations Training Advisor is an intermediate role responsible for supporting the development and execution of targeted training programs, resources and tools that support the sale and service of products to our customers and members across the network that deliver to business objective and the short & long term financial results of UFA businesses. This position will work closely with the designated business stakeholders to identify training needs, develop content, reference materials and deliver and/or coordinate e-courses, in-store, classroom training, webinars, blending learning programs and their supporting resources. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Build effective relationships with business unit leaders and subject matter experts (SME) to evaluate business requirements, identify and prioritize the development of learning resources and programs to meet business needs.
